3. You can make the effort to take your computer to any established computer recycling facility in U.K. These recycling centres will ensure that the computer is recycled properly. But it's always wise to check whether the PC can be repaired or upgraded, before taking it for recycling.

4. You can always do a bit of charitable service by donating your computer to a non profit organization like an NGO. Then your computer might be used to further the education of children living in third world countries.
